Andrea Baumann is the founder and managing partner of Seven Oaks Collective, LLC, a family-owned investment firm focused on operationally engaged private equity. With over 23 years of experience in healthcare and 20 years leading outpatient care organizations nationwide Andrea brings a deep operational lens to each investment. Her portfolio spans healthcare, real estate, agriculture, and energy storage, supported by board-level leadership and a hands-on, growth-minded approach to building lasting value.
